Sod and Hydro Seed: Lawns installed by Premier Landscape & Irrigation     are green, thick, and healthy.  We provide all our customers with detailed instructions on how to keep your new lawn looking that way all year round.  We take our time in preparing for your install and only use high quality materials.

Installation Process: These are step by step instructions on the process in which Premier Landscape & Irrigation follows when doing a lawn install.

	Mow existing grass short and spray with herbicides -or- completely remove all sod.
	Install 4” of 3-way topsoil or if you have drainage issues we will install Supreme Mix, which contains 10% sand. We will also determine if a drainage system is needed.
	Topsoil will be graded level, rolled, and graded again so that the lawn area is perfectly smooth and grade for proper drainage.
	Starter fertilizer will be applied and Sod or HydroSeed will be installed. Sod rolls are installed in a staggered fashion to aid in the roots taking and enabling uniform growth in the new lawn.
	Sod is trimmed and edged to shape to the shape of the lawn area and scraps are removed offsite.
	Lastly the site is cleaned up and the lawn is watered.

Premier Landscape & Irrigation will give lawn care instructions to the homeowner to ensure that the new lawn is properly cared for after installation.
