Repair and Trouble Shooting: Premier Landscape & Irrigation technicians are certified and highly experienced in repair and trouble shooting sprinkler systems. We get in, find the problem fast, give you a quote before any repairs are done, and fix the problem!

Spring Start-up and Inspection: Spring Startup’s are generally preformed beginning mid-May or June.

Our Spring Start-ups consist of:
	Turn on main water supply
	Open and double check assembly
	Program Controller and replace batteries if needed.
	Check for breaks and/or leaks, making needed repairs. (approval needed)
	Raise, lower, and/or adjust heads as necessary for proper coverage
	Add and/or move heads if needed for proper coverage.
	Repair and/or replace broken or malfunctioning heads.
	Clean out and/or replace clogged nozzles.
	Replace nozzles as needed for better coverage.
	Clean out strainer baskets if heads are not spraying properly.
	Clean around all pop-up heads to ensure proper function.

Winterization: Winterizations need to be preformed before weather conditions get below freezing. Frozen pipes can cause cracks and breakage which can damage or destroy your entire system.

Winterizations consist of:
	An inspection is preformed to find any major problems.
	Water is turned off at sprinkler main and both valves of double check.
	Open all test clocks and drain double check.
	With compressed air, blow water out of system (main line, all lateral lines, valves and heads)
	Reprogram controller.

Backflow Testing: Washington State regulations (WAC 248-54-850) plus city and county codes require your backflow to be tested annually. We can test your backflow and if necessary repair or replace it.
