What are your office hours?
  8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (P.S.T) Monday through Friday.
If you do not reach a live person during this time you may leave a voice mail and expect to have your call answered back that day.
Do you charge for initial bid consultations?
  Initial residential consultations are complimentary, commercial charges may apply.
What should I do if I can't reach someone during work hours or would like to schedule a bid?
  You may leave a detailed messaged and expect to have your call returned the next business day or make your bid request online anytime.
What services does Premier offer?
  Irrigation Services, Design Services, Hardscape Construction Projects, Finish Grade, Hydroseed, Sodding, Plantscape.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
  Yes.
Do you do small/large projects?
  We do have small project minimums and we are able to handle any size larger project.
Do you have client references or projects I could go see?
  Yes. Please contact us and a list will be provided for you, or visit our photo gallery.
Do I need to sign an agreement to have work done on my property?
  Yes, we require signed agreements (for your protection) and retainer payments prior to commencing work.
Why is it necessary for me to pay a retainer if my project will not start right away?
  Your down payment serves two key purposes: 1. Secures a spot in our schedule. 2. Creates an account (in your name) for project management costs.
Do you handle only residential accounts?
  No, we offer residential and commercial services.

  We accept cash, check, money orders, and VISA/MC.
When is payment due project/maintenance?
  Project payment is due upon completion of work and receipt of invoice. Payment will be collected by your Premier representative.
